ORD 2025 ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE appropriating $ 2 , 600 . 00 from
the General Fund to pay for uniforms and equip -
ment for employees of the police department .
WHEREAS , due to personnel changes in the police department ,
additional uniforms , protective vests , and web gear need to be
purchased , and
WHEREAS , the total cost of such uniforms and equipment is
$ 2 , 600 . 00 , and
WHEREAS , such expenses were not provided for in the 1995 Budget ,
and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the
General Fund to pay for such expenditures , now , therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The sum of $ 2 , 600 . 00 is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
funds in the General Fund and allocated as follows :

Section II
Ordinance 2011 and the Budget of the City of Camas for the
year 1995 are amended to provide for the aforestated expenditure .
Section III
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 )
days from and after its publication according to law .
