ORD 2024 ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of $ 15 , 000 . 00
from the Water / Sewer Fund to pay for the expense
of transporting an accumulation of bio - solids from
the waste water treatment plant and applying it at
a different site .
WHEREAS , the health department has required the City to remove
an accumulation of bio - solids from the waste water treatment plant
and transport it to a different site , and
WHEREAS , the estimated cost of such project is $ .15 , 000 . 00 ,
and
WHEREAS , such expense was not provided for in the 1995 Budget ,
and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the
Water / Sewer Fund to pay for such expenditure , now , therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The sum of $ 15 , 000 . 00 is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
funds in the Water / Sewer Fund and allocated as follows :

Section II
Ordinance 2011 and the Budget of the City of Camas for the
year 1. 995 are amended to provide for the aforestated expenditure .
