AN ORDINANCE appropriating $ 5 , 000 . 00 from
the General Fund to pay for consultant ' s fees
to conduct an indoor air quality evaluation of
City Hall .
WHEREAS , the City Council has determined that an evaluation
should be made of the air quality in City Hall to determine whether
current conditions pose a health hazard to city employees , and
WHEREAS , the estimated expense for such evaluation is $ 5 , 000 . 00 ,
and
WHEREAS , such expense was not provided for in the 1995 Budget ,
and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the
General Fund to pay for such expenditure , now , therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS .
Section I
The sum of $ 5 , 000 . 00 is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
funds in the General Fund and allocated as follows .

Section II
Ordinance 2011 and the Budget of the City of Camas for the
year 1995 are amended to provide for the aforestated expenditure .
Section III
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 )
