AN ORDINANCE adopting revisions to the
Comprehensive Land Use Map of the City of
Camas.
WHEREAS,the City of Camas was required under the provisions
of Chapter 36.70A ,Revised Code of Washington ,the Growth Management
Act (GMA )to update its Comprehensive Plan and Comprehensive Land
Use Map ,and
WHEREAS ,the City Council has heretofore enacted Ordinance No.
2011 which adopted the "City of Camas Comprehensive Plan ,December 31,
1994 "and Comprehensive Land Use Map ,and
the Council desires to make modifications to theWHEREAS
Comprehensive Land Use Map which include minor corrections for
discrepancies not discovered until after adoption of the Comprehensive
Land Use Map ,and modifications deemed necessary and appropriate
following a series of public hearings on the adoption of zoning
classifications for real property located within the City of Camas.
NOW ,THEREFORE ,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS:
Section I
That document entitled "Comprehensive Land Use Map ,April ,1994 ",
a copy of which map is on file with the office of the City Clerk
for public inspection ,is hereby adopted as the Comprehensive Land
Use Map for the City of Camas.Said map shall replace and supersede
that Comprehensive Land Use Map adopted by Ordinance No.211.
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five (5 )
days from and after its publication according to law.
PASSED by the Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this
day of April ,1995.
