AN ORDINANCE amending Section 2 . 64 . 020 ( B )
of the Camas Municipal Code by increasing
the rate of pay for volunteer f Tref fighters
to $ 8 . 00 per response and $ 8 . 00 per hour
after the first hour , and establishing a
rate of pay for EMS volunteers of $ 8 . 00 per
response and $ 8 . 00 per hour after the first hour .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
Section. 2 . 64 . 020 ( B ) of the Camas Municipal Code is amended to
read as follows .
2 . 64 . 020 - Official Pay Plan - Salaries for Positions Not Included .
B . The following positions and / or types of employ -
ment are not included in the official pay plan
of the City and shall be paid as follows :
Fire Department .
Volunteer firefighter $ 8 . 00 per fire call and
$ 8 . 00 per hour after
the f i r s t hour
Emergency Rescue Service .
Paid firefighter not in bar -
gaining unit but emergency
medical technician certified $ 37 . 50 per month
Volunteer firefighter fighter and
paid firefighter not in bar -
gaining unit but IV techni -
cian certified $ 18 . 00 per call or
$ 27 . 00 if call is
over 1 hour 45 minutes
Volunteer firefighter and
paid firefighter not in bar -
gaining unit but emergency
medical technician certified $ 1. 6 . 00 per call or
$ 24 . 00 if call is
over 1 hour 45 minutes
Volunteer firefighter and
paid firefighter not in bar -
gaining unit but advanced
first aid or equivalent
certified $ 11 . 00 per call or
$ 17 . 00 if call is
over 1 hour 45 minutes
EMS volunteer $ 8 . 00 per emergency
response and $ 8 . 00 per

Police Department .
Reserve police officer $ 8 . 00 per hour for
