AN ORDINANCE appropriating $ 26 , 000 . 00 from
the Growth Management Act Capital Projects
Fund to pay for a survey , wetlands delineation ,
archaeological assessment , traffic study , and
other expenses to evaluate the feasibility of
developing certain real property for a police
station , and amending the Budget of the City of
Camas for the year 1994 to provide for such
expenditures .
WHEREAS , the City has entered into a Real Estate Purchase
and Sale Agreement for the acquisition of certain real property
to be developed for use as a police station , and
WHEREAS , said Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement is contingent
upon the City undertaking certain feasibility studies to determine
the suitability of said property for use as a police station , and
WHEREAS , such feasibility expenses include land clearing ,
a survey , a wetlands delineation , an archaeological survey , a traffic
study , and a soils and environmental analysis , and
WHEREAS , the estimated expense of such studies is $ 26 , 000 . 00 ,
and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the Growth
Management Act Capital Projects Fund to pay for such expenditures ,
now , therefore ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The sum of $ 26 , 000 . 00 is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
funds in the Growth Management Act Capital Pro 3ects Fund and is
allocated as follows .

Section II
Ordinance 1965 and the Budget of the City of Camas for the
