AN ORDINANCE appropriating $3 , 900 . 00 from
the Park Acquisition Capital Project Fund to
pay for asbestos removal and demolition of a
vacant house on City greenway property, and
amending the Budget of the City of Camas for
the year 1994 to provide for such expenditure.
WHEREAS, the City desires to demolish a residential structure
located on City greenway and open space property, and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of demolition and asbestos removal
is $3 , 900 . 00 ; and
WHEREAS , such expense was not budgeted in the 1994 Budget, and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the
Park Acquisition Capital Project Fund to pay for such expenditure,
now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS:
Section I
The sum of $3 , 900 . 00 is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
funds in the Park Acquisition Capital Project Fund to pay for demolition
expenses and asbestos removal expenses of a house located on City
greenway and open space property, and is allocated as follows:

Section II
Ordinance 1965 and the Budget of the City of Camas for the
year 1994 are amended to provide for the aforestated expenditure.
Section III
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 )
days from and after its publication according to law.
