AN ORDINANCE appropriating $ 4 , 200 . 00 from
the Sanitary Fund for the purchase of 200 re -
cycling bins , and amending the Budget of the
City of Camas for the year 1994 to provide for
such expenditure .
WHEREAS , the Public Works Department has determined that it
is necessary to purchase an additional 200 recycling bins for the
residential recycling program , and
WHEREAS , the estimated cost of such bins is $ 4 , 200 . 00 ; and
WHEREAS , such expense was not budgeted in the 1994 Budget , and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the
Sanitary Fund to pay for such expenditure , now , therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The sum of $ 4 , 200 . 00 is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
funds in the Sanitary Fund to pay for the purchase of 200 additional
recycling bins , and is allocated as follows .

Section II
Ordinance 19 65 and the Budget of the City of Camas for the
year 1994 are amended to provide for the aforestated expenditure .
Section III

I , Michael Gallagher , being first WHEREAS , the Public Works Depart =
duly sworn , depose and say that I am the owner , editor , publisher ment has determined that it is necessary to

for the residential recycling program , and
a legal newspaper and has been approved as a legal newspaper by WHEREAS , the estimated cost of such
