AN ORDINANCE appropriating $ 99 , 195 . 00 from
the City Street Fund for the construction
of sidewalks , and amending the Budget of the
City of Camas for the year 1994 to provide for
such expenditure .
WHEREAS , the City will receive a community development block
grant in the amount of $ 76 , 695 . 00 for the construction of sidewalks ,
and
WHEREAS , said funds are in excess of anticipated revenues
for the year 1994 , and
WHEREAS , an additional $ 22 , 500 . 00 will need to be appropriated
from unappropriated funds in the City Street Fund to complete the
sidewalk construction project , and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the
City Street Fund to pay for such expenditure , now , therefore ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS .
Section I
The sum of $ 99 , 1 . 95 . 00 is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
funds in the City Street Fund for the construction of sidewalk improve -
ments , and is allocated as follows .

Section II
Ordinance 1965 and the Budget of the City of Camas for the
year 1994 are amended to provide for the aforestated expenditure .
Section III

Section IV
This ordinance shall. take force and be in effect five ( 5 )
days from and after its publication according to law .
