AN ORDINANCE adopting the 1994 Wastewater
Facilities Plan.
WHEREAS , the City has heretofore commissioned CH2M HILL to
undertake a wastewater facilities study and to prepare a Wastewater
Facilities Plan, and
WHEREAS, CH2M HILL has completed its study and prepared a
Wastewater Facilities Plan consistent with its findings , and
WHEREAS, the council of the City of Camas desires to adopt
said plan, now, therefore,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The council hereby approves and adopts that certain document
entitled "Wastewater Facilities Plan, City of Camas, Washington" ,
dated July 19 , 1994 as prepared by CH2M HILL.
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 )
days from and after its publication according to law.
PASSED by the council and APPROVED by the Mayor this
day of August, 1994 .
