ORD 1992 ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE appropriating $ 15 , 000 . 00 for
professional services for preliminary building
need studies for the Police and Fire Departments ,
and amending the Budget of the City of Camas for
the year 1994 to provide for such expenditure .
WHEREAS , the Council desires to undertake preliminary building
studies for the Police and Fire Departments , and
WHEREAS , the estimated cost of such studies is $ 15 , 000 . 001 and
WHEREAS , such expense was not budgeted in the 1994 Budget , and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the
GeneralFund to pay for such expenditure , now , therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS .
Section I
The sum of $ 15 , 000 . 00 is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
funds in the General Fund to pay for preliminary building studies
for the Police and Fire Departments , and is allocated as follows .

Section II
Ordinance 1965 and the Budget of the City of Camas for the
