ORD 1990 ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE appropriating $ 6 , 000 . 00 from
the City Sanitary Fund to purchase 100 additional
yard waste containers for the yard waste recycling
program , and amending the Budget of the City of Camas
for the year 1994 , to provide for such expenditure .
WHEREAS , the City has heretofore adopted a program for yard
waste recycling , and
ible for purchasing yard debris
WHEREAS , the City is respons

WHEREAS , the number of people enrolling in the yard waste
recycling program exceeds the number of containers heretofore purchased
by the City , and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the
City Sanitary Fund to acquire additional containers , now , therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The sum of $ 6 , 000 . 00 is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
funds in the City Sanitary Fund to pay for the cost of an additional
100 containers for yard waste recycling , and is allocated as follows :

Section II
Ordinance 1965 and the Budget of the City of Camas for the
year 1994 are amended to provide for the aforestated expenditure .
Section III
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 )
days from and after its publication according to law .
