real property .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
Scope . The fees imposed by this ordinance shall be collected
for any subdivision , short plat , and any other development of real
property which results in streets , utilities , or other improvements
being dedicated to and / or maintained by the City .
Section II
Engineer ' s Estimate . When any applicants submits construction
drawings for any development within the scope of this ordinance ,
there shall be included with such drawings an estimate of the value
of the streets , utilities , and other improvements being dedicated
to and / or maintained by the City . Such estimate shall be certified
by a registered engineer .
Section III
Plan Review Fee . There is hereby imposed a plan review fee
to reimburse the City for its administrative expenses in reviewing
construction plans for developments within the scope of this ordinance .
The plan review fee shall be an amount equal to one - half of one percent
( 0 . 50 ) of the engineer ' s estimate of the value of improvements ,
and shall be payable at the time the construction plans are submitted
to the City for review and approval .
Section IV
Construction Inspection Fee .
A . There is hereby imposed upon developments within the scope
of this ordinance a construction inspection fee which
is to reimburse . the City for its costs in inspecting the
construction of streets, utilities , and other improvements
to be dedicated to and / or maintained by the City . The
construction inspection fee shall be an amount equal to
1 . 50 of the engineer ' s estimate of value of such improvements ,
and shall be payable prior to final approval of the construction
plans .
B . Any applicant who elects not to proceed with construction
of streets , utilities , and other improvements approved
as part of the construction drawings , may apply for a
refund of the construction inspection fee . Upon refund
of the construction inspection fee , the approval for the
construction drawings shall be revoked .

Section V
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 )
days from and after its publication according to law .
