AN ORDINANCE Repealing Chapter 2 . 92 of the Camas
Municipal Code , which established a small works roster for public
works contracts .
WHEREAS , the City Council previously enacted Ordinance No . 19785 which adopted
procedures for the creation and administration of a small works roster for public works contracts ,
and
WHEREAS , the Council has concurrent with the adoption of this Ordinance adopted a
Resolution providing for a small works roster and establishing procedures for awarding public
works contracts pursuant to the small works roster process , and
WHEREAS , the Council desires to repeal Chapter 2 . 92 of the Camas Municipal Code ,
which is the codification of Ordinance No . 1978 ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS ;
Section I
Section 2 . 92 of the Camas Municipal Code , which established a small works roster for
public works contracts , be and the same is hereby repealed .
Section II
This Ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its
publication according to law .
