ORD 2553 ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE transferring $ 65 , 000 . 00 from the Growth
Management Fund to the General Fund , appropriating $ 65 , 000 from
the General Fund to pay for additional expenses in the remodeling of
Fire Station 41 , and amending the budget for the year 2009 to provide
for such expenditure .
WHEREFORE , the remodel of Fire Station 41 was budgeted at $ 250 , 000 . 00 , and
WHEREAS , the project is awarded to the lowest bidder for $ 313 , 980 . 00 , and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the Growth Management Fund to pay for
the additional expenses ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS
AS FOLLOWS .
Section I
There is hereby transferred from the Growth Management Fund to the General Fund the sum
of $ 65 , 000 . 00 .
Section II
There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund the sum of $ 65 , 000 . 00 to pay for
additional expenses in remodeling Fire Station 41 . Said appropriation shall be allocated as follows .

Section III
Ordinance No . 2528 and the budget for the year 2009 are amended to provide for the afore
stated expenditure .
Section IV
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
