AN ORDINANCE Repealing Sections 13 . 88 . 080 through Section
13 . 88 . 120 of the Camas Municipal Code , which Sections
established the Fisher Basin Stormwater System Development
Charges .
The Council of the City of Camas do ordain as follows :
Section I
Sections 13 . 88 . 080 , 13 . 88 . 090 , 13 . 88 . 100 , 13 . 88 . 110 , and 13 . 88 . 120 of the Camas
Municipal Code , which created the Fisher Basin Stormwater System and established Fisher Basin
Stormwater System Development Charges , be and the same are hereby repealed .
Section II
This Ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its
publication according to law .
