AN ORDINANCE amending Subsection 13 . 36 . 070 ( B ) of the
Camas Municipal Code by increasing the rate for rental of fire
hydrants located outside of the City limits .
The Council of the City of Camas do ordain as follows :
Section I
Subsection 13 . 36 . 070 ( B ) of the Camas Municipal Code is amended to provide as follows :
13 . 36 . 070 Utility Charge - Governmental Users (B ) Rental of fire hydrants
outside the limits of the City by any other municipality or fire district shall
be $ 12 . 00 per month per hydrants .
Section II
This Ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its
publication according to law .
