ORD 2636 ORDINANCE NO , 6 3140
AN ORDINANCE transferring $ 10 , 000 from the General Fund
to Cemetery Fund , appropriating said sum to pay for refunds to
owners of cemetery plots , and amending the budget for the year
2011 , to provide for such expenditures .
WHEREFORE , the cemetery has had a number of requests for refunds from owners of plots .

WHEREAS , there are insufficient funds in the Cemetery Fund to pay such expenditures ,
and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the General Fund for such
purpose ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS .
Section I
The sum of $ 10 , 000 is hereby transferred from the General Fund to Cemetery Fund and
appropriated to pay for refunds from owners of cemetery plots , which appropriation shall be
allocated as follows :

Section II
Ordinance No . 2608 and the Budget for the Year 2011 are amended to provide for such
expenditure .
Section III
THIS ORDINANCE shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its
publication according to law .
