ORD 2624ORDINANCENO.AnOrdinanceamendingChapter13.72oftheCamasMunicipalCodebyrevisingtheSewerSystemDevelopmentChargesforareaswithinandwithoutthe2004CityofCamasUrbanGrowthBoundary.TheCounciloftheCityofCamasdoordainasfollows:SECTIONISection13.72.020oftheCamasMunicipalCodeisamendedtoprovideasfollows:13.72.020Definitions.Unlessotherwisespecificallydefined,thetermsusedinthischaptershallhavethefollowingmeanings:"Averagedayflow"meanstheaveragevolumeofwastewaterflowingfromauseroveratwenty-four-hourperiodmeasuredinmilliongallonsperday(MGD)."Biochemicaloxygendemand(BOD)"meansthequantityofoxygenutilizedinthebiochemicaloxidationoforganicmatterunderstandardlaboratoryprocedureinfivedaysattwentydegreesCentigrade,andshallbemeasuredinpoundsperday."City"meansthatuseclassificationforthecityandotherpublicornonprofitcustomerswhosewasteflowsaretypicalofthoseassociatedwithsingle-familyresidentialstructures."CommercialI"meansthatuseclassificationofnonresidentialpropertieswhocontributeflowstothesewersystemexceptthoseusersclassifiedasCommercialII."CommercialII"meansthatuseclassificationofnonresidentialpropertyownerswhocontributehigherthanaverageflowsorstrengthstothesewersystem,andshallincludeindustrialandunusualrequirementcustomers."Engineer"meanstheengineeroftheCityofCamas,orhisdulyauthorizeddeputiesorrepresentatives."Industrialandunusualrequirementcustomers"meansthatuseclassificationofnonresidentialpropertyownerswhocontributesewagewithaflowandstrengthinexcessoftheCommercialIIclass."Multifamily"meansthatuseclassificationofresidentialpropertyownerswhosestructurecontainstwoormoreresidentialdwellingunits.
