AN ORDINANCE zoning an area annexed to the City of Camas
by Ordinance 2621 , and revising the Zoning Map of the City of Camas .
WHEREAS , by Ordinance 2621 , the City annexed certain property known as # 3 8 TM Coffey DLC
and Clark County Tax Account No . 123232 - 000 (hereinafter " Subject Property" ) , and
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission and City Council have conducted public hearings on
zoning classifications for the Subject Property,
NOW, THEREFORE , THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS :
Section I
The Subject Property shall be zoned in accordance with the map attached hereto as Exhibit "A "
and by this reference incorporated herein . The City Community Development Director is hereby
authorized and instructed to alter the district boundary lines of " The Map ( s ) of the Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Camas , " established pursuant to Chapter 18 . 05 of the Camas Municipal Code , to include the
Subject Property with the zoning classification as set forth in Exhibit "A " .
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
