AN ORDINANCE amending Chapter 12.36.030 of the Camas
Municipal Code relating to gates on private streets or driveways.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN A S FOLLOWS:
Section I
Chapter 12 .36.030 C of the Camas Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide as
follows:
C. Gates on private streets or driveways serving less than three residential
dwellings;
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five days from and after its publication
according to law.
