AN ORDINANCE amending Section 15.04.030(b) of the Camas
Municipal Code relating to plan review fees.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section I
Section 15.04.030(b) of the Camas Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide as
follows:
15.04.030(b)-Plan Review Fees
When submittal documents are required, plan review fees shall be
paid at the time of submitting submittal documents for plan review.
Said plan review fee shall be 65% of the building permit fee as per
the fee schedule established by the City Council per resolution.
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five (5) days from and after its publication
according to law.
