Event-Rased GREEN.- F.xniratinn Date Amendment #1 to the Interlocal Agreement between Clark County and the City of Camas Conservation Futures Funding The following provisions of the Interlocal Agreement between Clark County and the City of Camas re: Conservation Futures Funding for City-sponsored acquisition projects are hereby amended as shown below: 1. Section A.03, third sentence, is amended as follows: The projects are described as: (a) Fallen Leaf Lake: and (b) lwavow Was Gfeepway Lacamas Heritaae Trailhead. 2. Section A.04, first sentence, is amended as follows: The total cost of the property to be acquired under terms of this Agreement is estimated by the Contracting Party to be $2,030,000 for the Fallen Leaf Lake Projects and $45,000 for the Lacamas Heritage Trailhead. 3. Section A.04, second paragraph, second sentence, is amended as follows: Clark County also agrees to pay a total of $30,000, or 66.7 percent of the total estimated project cost, or the same percentage of fair market value, whichever is less for the purchase of ashowEial Rmv@F GwepwaN644eoeet Lacamas Heritage Trailhead. 4. Section A.04, third paragraph, seventh sentence, is amended as follows: The Contracting Party may request reimbursement from the County for the cost of the land, appraisal and review appraisal, provided that the total amount of reimbursement sought from the county, does not exceed a) $380,000 for the Fallen Leaf Lake Project and b) $30,000 for the Lacamas Heritaae Tom.
