RES 15-014RESOLUTIONNO.15-014ARESOLUTIONadoptingtimelimitchangesondowntownparkingspaces,asrecommendedbytheDowntownParkingAdvisoryCommittee.WHEREAS,CMC10.08.010,allowstheCityCouncilfromtimetotimetoimposeparkingtimelimitsfordesignatedstreetsandlocationswithintheCity;andWHEREAS,theDowntownParkingAdvisoryCommitteeconsidersrequestsfortimelimitchangesondowntownparkingspaces,andWHEREAS,theDowntownParkingAdvisoryCommitteehasrecommendedtoCouncilthatthechangecitedhereinbeimplemented;andWHEREAS,theCouncildesirestoimposesaidchangerecommendedbytheDowntownParkingAdvisoryCommittee;NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHECOUNCILOFTHECITYOFCAMASASFOLLOWS:SectionITheparkingtimelimitshallbethreehoursforthenorthernmostspaceontheeastsideofNorthEastCedarStreetbetweenNE4thAvenueandNE5thAvenue.SectionIITheCityEngineerisdirectedtoerectsignsgivingnoticeofthenewtimelimitsandtoremovetheobsoletesigns.SectionIIIThisResolutionshallbeeffectiveupontheerectionofnewsignsandremovaloftheobsoletesignsbytheCityEngineer.
