RESOLUTION NO .W L t f A RESOLUTION closing NE 45th Avenue from NE Adams Street east,and NE Adams Street from NE Leadbetter Drive north. WHEREAS,Deerhaven Subdivision has received final plat approval,but has not received final acceptance from City staff,and WHEREAS,no building permits have been or will be issued until the subdivision receives final acceptance of the subdivision improvements from the City,and WHEREAS,the owner of the subdivision has requested that the City close the roadways until final acceptance of subdivision improvements is granted by the City,and WHEREAS,the Council finds that closure of these roads will be advantageous to the health,safety and welfare of the public, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS : SECTION I That portion of NE Adams Street north of NE Leadbetter Road to its dead end and that portion of NE 45th Court east from NE Adams Street to its dead end are hereby closed. SECTION II The City Public Works Director is instructed to arrange for the erection and placement of any barricades and signs necessary to properly close the streets. SECTION III The subdivision owner shall be responsible for all costs associated with the closure and the re-opening of said streets. SECTION IV Said streets shall be re-opened when the City grants final acceptance of the subdivision improvements for the Deerhaven subdivision. .A-^7ADOPTEDataregularCouncilmeetingthis_day of December,2009.
