A RESOLUTION amending Resolution No.1023 by revising
the fees for review of preliminary short plats.
WHEREAS,the Council has heretofore adopted Resolution No.1023,which established
application fees for development and planning activities,and
WHEREAS,the Council desires to revise the fees for preliminary short plat applications,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :

The application fee for a preliminary short plat shall be $1,615.00 per lot for the first four
lots.The application fee for a preliminary short plat over four lots in size shall be $6,055.00,
plus $210.00 per lot.
II
Ordinance No.1023 is amended to provide for the aforestated modification.
