A RESOLUTION of the City of Camas establishing fees for
residential and nonresidential Site Plan Review Applications.
WHEREAS,pursuant to ordinances of the City of Camas,application fees for certain
development and planning activities are to be established from time to time by resolution of the
City Council,and
WHEREAS,the City Council has adopted Chapter 18.18 of the Camas Municipal Code
to provide procedures for the review of site plan applications,and
WHEREAS,the City Council desires to implement a new fee schedule for such site plan
review applications,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I
The application fee for residential site plan review applications shall be $875.00,plus
$20.00 per unit.The application fee for nonresidential site plan review applications shall be
$2,200.00,plus $50.00 per 1000-square feet of gross floor area.The application fee for a site
plan review application combining residential and nonresidential uses shall be $3,075.00 plus
$20.00 per residential unit plus $50.00 per 1000 square foot of nonresidential gross floor area.
SECTION II
The Planning Manager shall amend the schedule of fees for development and planning
projects to reflect the established fees for residential and nonresidential site plan review
