RES 22-009RESOLUTION NO. 22-009 A RESOLUTION establishing a loading zone parking space on the east side of NE Cedar Street WHEREAS, CMC 10.08.010 allows the City Council from time to time to impose parking time limits for designated streets and locations within the city; and WHEREAS, the predominant parking time limit for spaces on NE Cedar Street between 4th Avenue and 5th Avenue is currently three hours, and WHEREAS, the Council finds that the first parking space north of NE Fourth Avenue on the west side of NE Cedar is no longer used as a loading zone per its current designation, and WHEREAS, the Council desires to designate one parking space for a loading zone on the east side of NE Cedar Street between 4th Avenue and 5th Avenue, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS: Section I The third parking space north of NE 4th Avenue on the east side of NE Cedar Street shall be designated as a loading zone. Section II The first parking space north of NE 4th Avenue on the west side of NE Cedar Street shall be designated as three hour parking.
