AN ORDINANCE amending Section 13 . 64 . 010 of the Camas
Municipal Code by revising the rates for sanitary sewer charges .
WHEREAS the City Council has commissioned Financial Consulting Solutions Group ,
Inc . to conduct a rate study for the City ' s sanitary sewer utility , and
WHEREAS , the City Council has received the report and recommendation of Financial
Consulting Solutions Group , Inc . , and
WHEREAS , the City Council desires to modify the sanitary sewer rates in accordance
with the recommendation of said study ,
NOW , THEREFORE , THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS :
Section I
Section 13 . 64 . 010 of the Camas Municipal Code is amended to provide as follows :
13,6A . 010 - Monthly Sewer Chaff - Sewer Service Available
All customers shall be charged for sanitary sewer service where sanitary sewer service is
available in accordance with the rates set forth in Table 13 . 64 . 010 .
