ORD 2240 ORDINANCE NO ,
AN ORDINANCE adopting by reference certain provisions of
the Revised Code of Washington constituting misdemeanors and
gross misdemeanors .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The following sections of the Revised Code of Washington are hereby adopted by
reference , for inclusion within Section 9 . 36 . 010A of the Camas Municipal Code :
1 . RCW 9 . 08 . 070 - Take/injure/kill animal .
2 . RCW 9 . 26A . 100 - Definitions/telecommunications crime .
3 . RCW 9A . 52 . 130 - Computer trespass/commission of other crime .
4 . RCW 9 . 41 . 270 - Unlawful display of a weapon .
5 . RCW 9 . 68A . 090 - Communicate with a minor for an immoral purpose .
6 . RCW 9 . 91 . 02 5 - Unlawful bus conduct .
7 . RCW 9A . 52 . 060 - Make/possess burglar tools .
8 . RCW 10 . 14 . 170 - Violation of harassment protection order (penalty) .
9 . RCW 66 . 20 . 200 - Unlawful possession of other ID .
10 . RCW 77 . 15 . 460 - Loaded rifle/ shotgun in motor vehicle .

19 . All RCW Title 9 and Title 9A offenses , as adopted or as hereinafter amended , for which the
penalty is either a misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor are hereby adopted by reference .

Section II
The Clerk is directed to keep on file in the Finance Department of the City of Camas for
use and examination by the public of the text and any amendments or additions thereto of each
statute adopted herein by reference .
Section III
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
PASSED by the Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this day of November ,
1999 .
