ORD 15-017 ORDINANCE NO. 15-017
AN ORDINANCE establishing zoning for an area to become
effective upon annexation to the City of Camas.
WHEREAS, certain property generally described as the Grand Ridge Subdivision Area
(the "Subject Property") is located within the Camas Urban Growth Boundary and has a current
Comprehensive Plan designation as Single Family Low; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have conducted public hearings
on the zoning designation to become effective upon annexation of the Subject Property by the City
of Camas,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section I
The Subject Property shall be zoned in accordance with the map attached hereto as Exhibit
"A" and by this reference incorporated herein, effective upon annexation thereof. Concurrent
therewith,the City Community Development Director is hereby authorized and instructed to alter
the district boundary lines of"The Map(s) of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Camas,"
established pursuant to Chapter 18.05 of the Camas Municipal Code, to include the Subject
Property with the zoning classification as set forth in Exhibit"A".
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be In effect five (5) days from and after its publication
according to law.
