AN ORDINANCE amending Chapter 9.36(A) of the Camas
Municipal Code by adopting RCW Chapter 69 .50 Offenses.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section I
There is hereby added to Chapter 9.36(A) of the Camas Municipal Code a new subsection to
provide as follows:
9.36.010(A)(153). All Chapter 69.50 RCW offenses as adopted or as
hereinafter amended, for which the penalty is either a misdemeanor or
gross misdemeanor.
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5) days from and after its publication
according to law.
